The coating process would be the final step of the manufacturing process which can give final products a desirable surface. Additionally, coating can enhance appearance and increase resistance to moisture and other problems resulted from natural characteristics of wood. At VIETWOOD, we have various painting techniques such as spray and roller which are co-assembled by using machine line from Japan. PU and UV paint could be used for all products. Additionally, top coating room with modern dust collecting system and 3 hanging lines for drying painted items are installed to assure high-quality products.
A customer can only provide color samples; VIETWOOD will study and create the wanted color; or, VIETWOOD can provide a catalog for customers to choose their suitable coating color.
