Coating would be the final step of the manufacturing process which can give the final products a desirable surface. Additionally, coating can enhance appearance and increase resistance to moisture and other problems resulted from natural characteristic of wood. At Vietwood, we have various painting techniques such as spray and roller which are co-assembled by using machine line from Japan. PU paint and UV paint could be used for most customers. additionally, top coating room with modern dust collecting system and 3 hanging lines for drying painted items are installed to assure high quality products.
