FINGER-JOINTED PANELS
Finger-Jointed Panels to Specification and Technical Requirements
Finger-jointed panels are one of VIETWOOD’s core manufacturing capabilities, widely used in construction, furniture, DIY applications, and various products requiring further processing.
Finger-jointed panels are made from machined wood strips joined using finger joints, then assembled into panels and pressed under controlled conditions. Compared with solid wood, finger-jointed panels offer greater flexibility in specifications and are suitable for a wide range of manufacturing requirements.

VIETWOOD maintains a supply of sawn timber from reputable suppliers, with rubberwood being one of our important raw materials. Incoming materials are inspected for moisture content, dimensions, and quality before production and are stored under appropriate conditions.
In addition to standard specifications, VIETWOOD can provide panels in customized dimensions, quality grades, and with additional machining requirements according to each product. Customization such as cutting to size, edge planing, and adjustment of finger-jointed strip specifications can be carried out to suit specific applications.
